Delete your Kuzbu account

Applies to the Kuzbu app (com.kuzbu.app), published by Sinan Kanat.

Delete from inside the app

Open Kuzbu and go to Profile → Account → Delete account, then confirm. Your account and personal data are removed permanently. You do not need to contact us first.

Delete by email

If you can no longer sign in, email [email protected] from the address linked to your Kuzbu account and ask us to delete it. We verify the request and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What is deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes:

• Account information — name, email, and the Apple or Google sign-in identifier
• Health and nutrition data — body metrics, goals, meals, calories, macros, water, weight, fasting sessions, and step history
• Meal photos, videos, and voice recordings you uploaded, along with their analysis results
• Medications, reminders, and dose history
• Recipes, favorites, meal plans, and notes you created
• Devices, push notification tokens, and notification preferences
• Usage and diagnostic events tied to your account

What is kept, and for how long

• Purchase and subscription records — kept as long as required by tax and accounting law (up to 10 years). Your subscription itself is managed by Google Play or the App Store; cancel it there.
• Internal audit records of administrative access — kept for 365 days, then deleted.
• Anonymized, aggregated statistics that can no longer be linked to you — kept indefinitely.

Backups are rotated on a rolling schedule, so deleted data can persist in encrypted backups for up to 30 days before it is overwritten.

Deleting some data without deleting your account

Individual entries — meals, water, weight, fasting sessions, medications, recipes — can be deleted at any time from inside the app without closing your account. For anything else, email [email protected].
